Beta Branch update zlib 1.3 & cloudflare zlib 1.31 in 130.00beta01

    update zlib 1.3 & cloudflare zlib 1.31 in 130.00beta01

    - update official nginx zlib from 1.2.11 to 1.3 https://github.com/madler/zlib/releases/tag/v1.3 - used if you set CLOUDFLARE_ZLIB='n' in the persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to running centmin.sh menu option 4 recompiles or prior to initial Centmin Mod install
    - update cloudflare nginx zlib to 1.3.1 https://github.com/cloudflare/zlib/commits/gcc.amd64 - the default version used with Centmin Mod Nginx
    - existing 130.00beta01 users can run cmupdate command, then run cemtin.sh menu option 4 to recompile Nginx with updated zlib library
