    update Nginx HTTP/2 HPACK & dynamic TLS record size patch in 130.00beta01

    - bump NGINX_HPACK_ALLOWED_VER='1021006' and NGINX_DYNAMICTLS_ALLOWED_VER='1021006' to NGINX_HPACK_ALLOWED_VER='1022001' and NGINX_DYNAMICTLS_ALLOWED_VER='1022001' respectively to raise the max allowed Nginx versions from 1.21.6 to 1.22.1 for Nginx HTTP/2 HPACK full encoding patch and Nginx dynmaic TLS record size patches when NGINX_HPACK='y' and NGINX_DYNAMICTLS='y' variables are set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to Nginx compile/recompile in centmin.sh menu option 4 or at initial Centmin Mod installation time.
