    update Nginx BoringSSL routines for cmake3 in 123.09beta01

    - Updated BoringSSL requirements now requires cmake3 yum package for cmake version 3+ while CentOS 7 uses cmake version 2.8 natively.
    - This update will ensure cmake3 version is mapped to cmake via alternatives system replacement when BORINGSSL_SWITCH='y' is set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to nginx centmin.sh menu option 4 recompiles to fix issue outlined at Upgrade - Nginx - Error: 2, Nginx make failed with BORINGSSL_SWITCH='y'
