AWS-LC moved to a new versioning scheme where mainline releases only bump
the minor version and mainline jumped from v1.73.0 to the v5.x line. The
v4.x line is reserved for the fips-2025-09-12-lts FIPS LTS branch, so
optional Nginx AWS-LC builds track the v5.x mainline.

No new patches are needed. AWS-LC v5.9.0 keeps the OpenSSL 1.1.1
compatible API, version string format and libcrypto/libssl names, and
symbol versioning stays disabled by default. Nginx 1.29.2+ native AWS-LC
support and the $ssl_curve patch apply unchanged.

Changes:
- update AWS_LC_VERSION from v1.73.0 to v5.9.0 in centmin.sh and centmin-cli.sh
