prep for freenginx forked nginx version support in 130.00beta01

- One of F5 Nginx's former Nginx core developers forked Nginx with his own version called freenginx nginx news. Discussion at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/freenginx.24442/
- This commit adds and prepares optional support for freenginx fork via a new variable FREENGINX_INSTALL='n'. Disabled by default, but when enabled via FREENGINX_INSTALL='y', it will change the official Nginx download url to freenginx's version nginx: download so that Centmin Mod initial installs or centmin.sh menu option 4 upgrades will use freenginx forked installs instead of F5 Nginx official installs. Note nginx versions and features may eventually diverge between F5 Nginx official versions used by Centmin Mod by default and optional freenginx forked versions.
- If you enable the switch via setting FREENGINX_INSTALL='y' in the persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc, then Centmin Mod built nginx binary's version output will also be tagged with a build value -freengx like below
