- update wp-cli autoptimize command line commands
- add to /usr/local/nginx/conf/wpfastcgi_cache_map.conf nginx.conf include file php upstream called wpfcgi_cache_php which is referenced in php include file in nginx vhosts at /usr/local/nginx/conf/wpincludes/${vhostname}/php-fastcgicache.conf where ${vhostname} is your wordpress domain name
