For fixed bug #77950 Heap-buffer-overflow in _estrndup via exif_process_IFD_TAG - CVE-2019-11036 https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=77950. Backported the fix from new PHP 7.1.29 and 7.3.5 releases (today) to EOL PHP 5.6.40 and PHP 7.0.33 versions
