    update MariaDB MySQL client references for 11.4 compatibility in 140.00beta01

    - MariaDB 11.4 now gives a deprecated warning when you run old legacy client command named programs as they have switched the program names to MariaDB ones Legacy Clients and Utilities i.e. mysqldump is now mariadb-dump, mysql is mariadb, mysqladmin is now mariadb-admin etc, mysql_upgrade is now mariadb-upgrade, mysqlbinlog is now mariadb-binlog, mysqlcheck is now mariadb-check and so on.
    - Centmin Mod 140.00beta01 has updated all references so can conditionally use the old legancy program names for MariaDB <11 and use new program names for MariaDB >= 11
