update redis & swoole PHP extension versions in 130.00beta01

- update default redis PHP extension to 5.3.7
- update optional swoole PHP extension to 5.0.0 for PHP 8+ only. PHP 7.1 still uses swoole 4.5.11 and PHP 7.0 still uses swoole 4.3.5 and PHP 5 still uses swoole 2.0.5
