Beta Branch - update initial MariaDB MySQL securemysql function in 130.00beta01

- update initial MariaDB MySQL securemysql function in 130.00beta01

- add remove_anonymous_mysqlusers function to work with MariaDB 10.4+ as well. As apparently MariaDB 10.4+ still includes an anonymous user by default which was expected not to include anymore. For fresh Centmin Mod 10.4+ installs
- remove_anonymous_mysqlusers is also added to MariaDB 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6 upgrade routines to catch any prior anonymous user existences before this fix
- remove_anonymous_mysqlusers is also trigged on centmin.sh menu runs if MariaDB MySQL is active and anonymous MySQL users are detected but first must run cmupdate to get this update before doing a run and exit of centmin.sh
- remove_anonymous_mysqlusers function will only run if MariaDB MySQL server is active and running. If MariaDB MySQL server is not running, the function will not run
