    update inc/wpsetup.inc preparing for nginx level redis cache wordpress

    Preparing for support for nginx level redis caching in wordpress centmin.sh menu option 22 - doesn't install Redis server itself yet - see https://community.centminmod.com/posts/18828/. All Redis relevant nginx vhost settings are commented out and disabled by default for now.
