Do not prompt for overwriting php-fpm.conf if there's no detected differences in the existing server file at /usr/local/nginx/conf/php.conf and the current centmin mod template file /usr/local/src/centminmod/config/nginx/php.conf. Reduces the added confusion for new users trying to upgrade PHP via centmin.sh menu option 5
