    update addons/mysqladmin_shell.sh add persistent config file support

    - support setting addons/mysqladmin_shell.sh variables via centmin mod persistent config file you create at /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc i.e. if you set in persistent config file MYSQLHOSTNAME='your-remote-mysql-server-ip-or-hostname' it will persist even after centmin mod code updates
