Beta Branch update imagick PHP extension 3.4.4 in 123.09beta01

    update imagick PHP extension 3.4.4 in 123.09beta01

    - https://pecl.php.net/package-changelog.php?package=imagick&release=3.4.4 where 3.4.4 release is intended to be the last release that will support either PHP 5.x, or ImageMagick 6.x. The next planned release will be PHP > 7.0 and ImageMagick > 7.0 at least, if not higher.
    - updating 123.09beta01 code via cmupdate command + centmin.sh menu option 15, will update you to imagick PHP 3.4.4
