update inc/nginx_addvhost.inc & tools/nv.sh in 123.09beta01

Also include site domain nginx ssl vhost removal command in the remove cmds log instead of just when ssl vhost is setup as folks may later add ssl vhost to existing non-https vhost site. For example when you create a nginx site via centmin.sh menu option 2, a log at /root/centminlogs/centminmod_1.2.3-eva2000.09.001_041116-012133_nginx_addvhost-remove-cmds-domain.com.log will be created for domain.com site which lists commands to remove the entire nginx vhost from server and remove pure-ftpd user created for that domain.com site. Just ensure removal of nginx ssl vhost is also always added to remove commands listed.
