- exclude python27* from scl yum repos for centos 6 systems https://community.centminmod.com/threads/python-repos-mixed-error.17805/#post-75291 as centmin mod uses ius community yum repo for python27* packages on centos 6
- existing installs can apply this fix via cmupdate command to update local code, then run centmin.sh once and exit. Verify exclude line is added to first group at /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-SCLo-scl.repo for centos-sclo-sclo repo and file /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-SCLo-scl-rh.repo for centos-sclo-rh repo
