update yumupdatechecker routine on centmin.sh menu exit in 123.09beta01

- if python34u, python35u, python36u from IUS Community YUM repo installed via addons python34_install.sh, python35_install.sh or python36_install.sh in addons directory, ensure on centmin.sh menu option 24 exit that the yum check routine excludes conflicting python34, python36 yum packages from CentOS 7's EPEL yum repo
- this is a temporary measure until I decide what to do with the package conflicts when doing yum update commands outside of centmin.sh menu exiting yum check routines related to https://community.centminmod.com/threads/python-conflict-on-update.17144/
