    GeoIP2 Lite routine update split /usr/local/nginx/conf/geoip.conf

    Split GeoIP2 Lite configurations out of /usr/local/nginx/conf/geoip.conf and into their own include file at /usr/local/nginx/conf/geoip2.conf which is referenced inside /usr/local/nginx/conf/geoip.conf this makes it easier to disable GeoIP2 Lite nginx settings if you later disable GeoIP2 Lite via NGINX_GEOIPTWOLITE='n'
