    update inc/ffmpeginstall.inc for CentOS 7 compatibility

    CentOS 7's el7 rpmforge YUM repo has missing packages preventing install + ffmpeg-php source version 0.6.5 seems outdated for CentOS 7 + PHP 5.6, so using a different ffmpeg-php source with version 0.7.0
