Master Branch update inc/downloads_centosseven.inc correct varnish 3 el7

    update inc/downloads_centosseven.inc correct varnish 3 el7

    On centos 7 systems, the varnish 3 official yum repo installed is only for centos 6 as there doesn't seem to be a centos 7 yum repo file to install and setup varnish 3 for centos 7 https://community.centminmod.com/posts/27622/.

    This corrects it by sed replacing varnish.repo file's el6 with el7 so it can pull from varnish 3 centos 7 el7 yum repo.
