Master Branch update inc/cpcheck.inc add blockeditorcheck function

    update inc/cpcheck.inc add blockeditorcheck function

    when centminmod is updated and centmin.sh is ran, it will invoke blockeditorcheck function to check if /usr/local/nginx/conf/drop.conf file has the new added entry in drop.conf as outlined at https://community.centminmod.com/posts/17222/ for preventing linux text editor temp or backup files from exposing sensitive details to the public as outlined at https://community.centminmod.com/posts/17218/
