    CentOS 8 prep - chrony ntp routine in 123.09beta01

    CentOS 8 removed ntp yum package in favour of chrony yum/dnf package so this update for fresh Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 or newer installs will install chrony if CentOS 8 detected, while older CentOS 6 & 7 install ntp instead. Have yet to account for CentOS 7 to 8 upgraded systems as usually CentOS doesn't recommend major version in place upgrades but instead recommends install CentOS 8 on new server and migrating data from older CentOS versions.
