    temporary workaround with local mirror of last geoip 2 lite database as at Dec 24, 2019 due to changes made by Maxmind requiring users register and signup to be able to dowload the geoip 2 lite databases https://community.centminmod.com/threads/maxmind-geoip2-no-public-download-available-any-more.18945/
