    update fix nginx brotli module routine in 124.00stable

    - workaround fix for ngx_brotli upstream updated brotli v1.1.0 dependency removing configure-cmake method of building brotli. ngx_brotli doesn't support brotli v1.1.0 new method of building brotli, so revert back to brotli v1.0.9 dependency version for now
    - existing Centmin Mod users can run cmupdate command to update your local code with this commit and then re-run centmin.sh menu option 4 and recompile or upgrade your nginx version
