    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+
    updated /etc/init.d/memcached templates with PID support
    centmin.sh menu option 10 reinstall also checks for newer init.d/memcached file
    and transfers custom or existing memcached memory allocation size MEMSIZE
    to newer /etc/init.d/memcached automatically
