update csf install & setup routine to account for non-default SSHD ports in 123.09beta01

CSF Firewall initial install, configuration setup and tweaking routine assumes SSHD default port is 22. However, some web hosts may default to non-standard SSHD ports. So need to auto detect the default SSHD listening port and auto replace the /etc/csf/csf.conf whitelisted port 22 with the non-standard SSHD port value. Also need to do the same for firewalld routine if CSF Firewall isn't installed. This only applies to fresh initial Centmin Mod installs as that is when CSF Firewall is installed and configured to whitelist the default set SSHD port.
