update cminfo sar cpu stats in 123.09beta01

On initial centmin mod installs sar data hasn't been collected for previous 24hrs so sar cpu stats won't be available for past 7 days. This update accounts for that with a note for such when cminfo top or cminfo sar-cpu commands are ran
