    Is there any similar tool for openvz systems?

    Unfortunately not as OpenVZ uses host system kernel and doesn't give OpenVZ vps users permissions required by auditd. That's one of the reasons I find KVM better than OpenVZ as non-OpenVZ servers allow TCP/Kernel level tuning to further scale a server to handle larger concurrent loads. OpenVZ is not able to do that.
