fix nginx 1.30.x and 1.31.x stream module and threads support in 132.00stable The stream module version whitelist in nginx_configure.inc only included versions up to 1.29, causing nginx 1.30.x builds to omit --with-stream and --with-threads configure flags. This resulted in compilation failures when stream-dependent modules (stream-lua, stream geoip, stream realip, stream ssl preread) were still added by separate code paths.
