update centmin.sh menu option 22 routine in 123.09beta01

- add a plain text with no colour markup text compact summary version of wordpress nginx install login details log at /root/centminlogs/centminmod_${SCRIPT_VERSION}_${DT}_wordpress_addvhost_${vhostname}-logins.log where vhostname is domain name.
- this log also can optionally serve purpose of generating a QR Code display when QRCODE='y' set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc. QRCODE option is disabled by default as to working on the routine as currently the generated QR Code seems too big to display in SSH client visible window with amount of text to convert. Working on generating a smaller QR Code that fits into SSH client window for easier QR Code scanning

Updated centmin.sh menu option 22 in 123.09beta01 so that wordpress installer can optionally generate QR Codes for wordpress login details, nginx pure-ftpd ftp login details and optionally for wp-login.php HTTP password protection login details so you can scan the QR Codes to get the info onto your mobile, laptop/desktop easily. QR Code generation is disabled by default unless you set QRCODE='y' in your persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to running centmin.sh menu option 22.
