    backport updates for memcache/memcached PHP in 124.00stable

    - backport updates for memcache and memcached PHP extensions routines for proper detection of PHP 8.1 from 130.00beta01 to 124.00stable
    - existing users will run cmupdate first before running centmin.sh menu option 10 if using PHP 8.1
