- for centmin.sh menu option 21 backup routines that use rsync, update to add rsync 3.2.3+ detection for zstd and xxhash hashing algorithm support for faster rsync transfers outlined at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/custom-rsync-3-2-3-rpm-builds-with-xxhash-zstd-support-for-centos-7.20768/
- if older rsync <3.2.2 is detected, it will use normal rsync methods which will be slower than rsync 3.2.3+
