- move the Centmin Mod 130.00beta01 minimum memory and swap disk size check routines earlier into Centmin Mod initial install phase at the installer script level rather than the main centmin.sh level to catch EL8/EL9 OS installs that do not meet minimum 2GB memory + 4GB swap and recommended 4GB memory + 4GB swap requirements
