Add PHP 8.5.0 support to 140.00beta01 branch

- Add EIGHT_FIVE version variables to centmin.sh and centmin-cli.sh
- Update PHP version detection patterns in extension includes
- Add PHP 8.5 version conditionals to php_configure.inc, php_upgrade.inc
- Update MongoDB, Swoole, Redis, Memcached extensions for PHP 8.5
- Add PHP 8.5 unsupported check to ioncube.sh addon
- Create installer85.sh for default PHP 8.5 installations
- Swoole 6.1.2 as placeholder (official 8.5 support pending)
- MongoDB 1.21.2 supports PHP 8.1.0 - 8.99.99

Note: This branch supports EL7/EL8/EL9 only (no CENTOS_TEN support)
