    For new 123.09beta01 installs for Amazon EC2 servers and others that rely on cloud-init services, ensure python update routines don't accidentally remove cloud-init and python-requests YUM packages https://community.centminmod.com/threads/problems-restoring-from-image-in-aws.20183/page-2#post-85839
