update pure-ftpd ssl cert to 2048bit in 123.09beta01

- update pure-ftpd tls/ssl cert routine to create 2048bit instead of 1024bit ssl certificates at /etc/pki/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.pem for fresh installs and for existing centmin mod installs when you run cmupdate, then run centmin.sh menu it will detect if /etc/pki/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.pem is 1024bit ssl cert and automatically create a 2048bit replacement for /etc/pki/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.pem
