update centmin mod command shortcuts to detect missing customconfig cmd

- updating from 123.08stable to 123.09beta01 will have some newer command shortcuts missing i.e. customconfig shortcut triggers nano editor edit of persistent config file at /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc. This update will allow 123.08stable to 123.09beta01 updated systems to auto sync the cmd shortcuts to 123.09beta01 versions ensuring none are missing on first centmin.sh run after 123.09beta01 updates
