Beta Branch update ccache default version 3.7.12 in 123.09beta01

    update ccache default version 3.7.12 in 123.09beta01

    - Update default ccache version to 3.7.12 Ccache news. After cmupdate command run, next centmin.sh menu run will auto update to ccache 3.7.12.
    - Add optional and experimental support for ccache version 4.0 Ccache news with major changes to how ccache is installed and added features like zstd compression support adding libzstd library statically. Right now you can only enable ccache 4.0 via 2 persistent config variables below set in /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to running centmin.sh menu which will detect and update ccache 4.0. Removing these 2 variables will re-install ccache 3.7.12 on next centmin.sh run.
