update php 7.4+ redis/igbinary routine in 123.09beta01

- Update php routines for PHP 7.4 and higher so to disable igbinary support in redis (unlink them) as PHP 8.x segfaults with igbinary php extension install so redis php extension compiled with igbinary won't work with PHP 8.x
