Beta Branch disable crontab -r command by default

disable crontab -r command by default

- prevent accidental deletion of all cronjobs when you accidentally type crontab -r instead of crontab -e as per Sysadmin - strange cancellation of the cron
- to update 123.09beta01 code, run command = cmupdate, then run centmin.sh menu once to auto disable crontab -r and then exit centmin.sh menu
- IMPORTANT after running centmin.sh, exit your SSH session before trying to test run crontab -r as /root/.bashrc hasn't been updated until you re-login to your SSH session
