    update imagick & redis PHP extensions in 123.09beta01

    - update imagick PHP extension to 3.7.0 https://pecl.php.net/package/imagick
    - update redis PHP extension to 5.3.6 for PHP 7+ https://pecl.php.net/package/redis
    - to update them on existing installs, run cmupdate and then centmin.sh menu option 13 submenu option 2 and centmin.sh menu option 15
