- optional DUALCERTS='y' will already auto set KEYLENGTH so does not need user to set it. As user set KEYLENGTH will conflict with DUALCERTS='y' so if if user manually sets KEYLENGTH to ECC 256 or 384 values, auto disable DUALCERTS='n'.
