update addons/acmetool.sh 1.0.68

- Fix bug with letsencrypt validation of a domain that is using SECOND_IP persistent config file variable https://community.centminmod.com/threads/update-nginx-vhost-generator-routines-support-second-ip.5292/ for HTTPS default nginx vhost configs as the non-HTTPS nginx vhost is missing a specifically defined web root directive in server{} context so when letsencrypt goes to /.well-known/* directory to validate the domain, it goes to primary IP's web root at /usr/local/nginx/html instead of the web root of the SECOND_IP assigned domain at /home/nginx/domains/${vhostname}/public where ${vhostname} is the domain name.
