Grep error at the end of installation (latest beta .08)

    Hi

    At the end of installation of latest beta using default values i got a grep error:

    grep: 12: No such file or directory
    *************************************************
    * Centmin Mod install completed....
    *************************************************
    I don't know if this is a bug or something need to change but i just report it :)
