    Resolved - We have identified and mitigated an issue affecting RealtimeKit socket connections, which caused slowness and meeting join failures for some users.

    Customers were impacted from 13:10 UTC to 14:15 UTC

    All services have been restored, and we are continuing to monitor system performance to ensure stability.
