   Does centmimod load /tmp as ram partition so it will be faster for cache or anything else related to tmp?

   Yes for Centmin Mod .07 stable from lines 565 to 576 of centmin.sh. Centmin Mod .08 improved that from lines 644 to 687 to only use ramdisk when you have >8+GB memory only. For >=2GB to <8GB memory it uses non-tmpfs non-ramdisk of 4GB size and for <=2GB memory uses non-tmpfs size of 2GB as you do not have enough memory to support a ramdisk + your LEMP web stack operations and may run into out of disk space errors on /tmpfs
