   why sometimes the only way to complete the cache is by recompiling Nginx/PHP? not by nprestart? is there any better way?

   MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+

   depends on which cache type are you talking about ?
   
   nginx level cache and php-fpm zend opcode related are cleared via nginx or php-fpm service restarts respectively
