Add a new vhost Centminmod option 2 Option to create a new database?

    I would like to recommend when we create a new vhost using option 2 to be asked if we need to create a new database,user,password also :)

    Yeah probably useful to some. Will see what I can come up with - maybe something can be enabled/disabled via persistent config variable.
