I am getting this error after running command

what i should do now. on cent os 7 64 bit

Outline the exact commands you used including the ones proceeding the keygen.sh run. Did you also populate the variables for $remoteip, $port, $mykey, $remotepass on SSH command line (assign them actual values specific to your remote server ip, remote server port number, key comment and remote server's root password see example at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/centmin-mod-site-data-migration-guide.10382/
Define and set that in variable remoteip and define the default sshd port of remoteip server and a comment to describe the key. You need to type these into your SSH client session to set their values. They will only survive in the current SSH client session. If you exit it, you will need to retype these before you run the rest of the commands outlined below.

Then run keygen.sh tool
cd /root/tools/keygen

yes but instead of generating my1.key and my1.key.pub in /.ssh

it is generating id_rsa and id_rsa.pub keys

so i did transeref the id_rsa.pub key and did transferring.

a log of keygen.sh run should of been created at /etc/keygen/logs so you can inspect that for issues or clues
