Telegram bot lagging

Hi! I created a telegram message forwarding bot using python script on my centmin vps but there's a significant 5 seconds lag to process each message.

In my AWS VPS, the message is process almost instantly.
Both vps are setup in same region.

May I know what could be the cause of the lag on my centmin vps? Where should I start to look for the bottleneck?
